Ashlie has been a natural health and rewilding enthusiast since 2007 when she decided to take accountability for her own health instead of relying on western ideologies for her wellbeing.

By learning to care for her health and wellness intrinsically and from the perspective of the nervous system, she has become resilient and adaptive, living with abundant ease and in conscious co creation with surrounding frequencies.

Using the connection to earth, movement, and community, she is now committed to helping others understand the power of working with the nervous system for obtaining and maintaining health and happiness in life.
